Systems Administrator II

The Systems Administrator II is responsible for managing, configuring, and supporting the client’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and other critical systems., Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Installs, configures, and maintains computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure.

Troubleshoots and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

Monitors system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize system resources.

Implements and maintains security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and user access controls.

Develops and maintains system documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.

Collaborates with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications.

Assists in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.

The ability to obtain, maintain and access classified information at the Secret level.

Must possess appropriate level of certifications for this position as required by the contract - IAT Level II, Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of nine (9) years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
