SAP Performance Load Test Architect/Lead

As a SAP Performance Load Test Architect/Lead, you will define and lead the enterprise performance engineering strategy for large-scale SAP and integrated business platforms. This role focuses on performance architecture, load testing, scalability planning, capacity management, monitoring, and performance optimization to ensure applications and infrastructure meet business, operational, and customer experience requirements., Define and own enterprise performance engineering strategies, standards, and governance frameworks. Establish workload models, performance benchmarks, NFRs, SLAs, SLOs, and acceptance criteria. Lead performance testing efforts across SAP platforms, CRM systems, APIs, middleware, web portals, and mobile applications. Review solution architectures to identify performance bottlenecks, scalability risks, and infrastructure constraints. Develop capacity planning recommendations and infrastructure sizing strategies. Oversee performance test planning, execution, workload modeling, and test result analysis. Lead root-cause analysis and performance tuning activities across applications, databases, APIs, and infrastructure layers. Define enterprise monitoring strategies and performance diagnostics processes. Implement and manage NeoLoad-based performance testing frameworks, automation, and performance regression testing. Present performance findings, risks, mitigation plans, and readiness assessments to leadership and stakeholders.

12+ years of overall IT experience with enterprise-scale systems and platforms. 8+ years of hands-on experience in performance engineering, load testing, and performance optimization. 5+ years leading enterprise performance testing and engineering initiatives. Expert-level experience with NeoLoad and enterprise performance testing frameworks. Strong experience with SAP BRIM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Convergent Mediation, SAP Datasphere, CRM platforms, APIs, middleware, and enterprise integrations. Proven experience designing workload models using production metrics, transaction volumes, and business growth projections. Extensive knowledge of capacity planning, scalability architecture, stress testing, endurance testing, spike testing, and failover testing. Strong expertise in application monitoring, performance diagnostics, database optimization, API performance testing, and infrastructure tuning. Experience with cloud and hybrid environments, performance monitoring tools, and enterprise-scale architecture reviews. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; NeoLoad and cloud certifications are preferred.
