Oracle Apps Tester

Job Title: Oracle Application TesterLocation: Mountain View, CA / Bay Area, CAWork Mode: OnsiteEmployment Type: Contract, We are looking for an experienced Oracle Application Tester to support testing activities for Oracle applications and business processes. The candidate will be responsible for test planning, test execution, defect tracking, and ensuring applications meet business and technical requirements., * Perform functional and integration testing of Oracle applications.

• Develop and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
• Validate Oracle application functionality against business requirements.
• Perform SQL queries to validate backend data and database results.
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as Jira or similar.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, regression, and system testing.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and functional teams to resolve issues.
• Perform end-to-end testing of business processes and integrations.
• Prepare test execution reports and maintain testing documentation.
• Support production validation and post-release testing when required.
• Follow QA standards and testing best practices.

Oracle Applications, Software Testing, Oracle Applications, Business Processes, Software Testing, Testing, Bug Tracking/Defect Management, Integration Testing, Functional Testing, Test Case, * 3 -8 years of experience in Oracle Application Testing / QA Testing.

• Strong experience in Oracle Applications testing.
• Good knowledge of SQL and database validation.
• Experience with SIT, UAT, Functional, Integration, and Regression Testing.
• Experience creating test cases and test scenarios.
• Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira.
• Good understanding of SDLC and QA processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

• Experi ence with Oracle EBS / Oracle Fusion.
• Knowledge of Oracle modules such as Financials, SCM, HCM, or Procurement.
• Experience with API/Web Services testing.
• Automation testing experience is a plus.
