- Own tenant settings, Message Center, service health, and release management; evaluate and pilot features, including DSPM for AI and Defender for Cloud Apps, and enable, stage, or defer releases based on business value, readiness, and support impact.

- Partner with Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Exchange Online owners on configuration, standards, roadmaps, and identity and access solutions; cross-train to provide backup administration and operational coverage.
- Administer license assignments and service plans; track utilization, entitlements, compliance, and renewal timelines, escalating issues as needed.
- Support leadership and Microsoft vendor discussions with consumption and true-up analysis, license optimization, and E3, E5, and add-on SKU evaluations.
- Improve M365 configuration, usability, and adoption using feedback, support trends, and usage analytics; provide training, guidance, and change communications to associates and leadership.
- Partner with Service Desk and endpoint teams to resolve complex M365 application and configuration issues.

- Deploy and publish DLP and sensitivity labels, tuning the user experience while Cyber Security Engineering owns policy design and enforcement logic.
- Coordinate configuration changes with Cyber Operations, Data Privacy, data owners, and device-management teams; document policy-approval and implementation responsibilities, with Cyber Security Engineering retaining security-policy design ownership.
- Stay informed on advancements in the Microsoft 365 platform, Entra, Intune, and Purview, and recommend improvements to configuration, user experience, and governance.
- Adhere to SOX, PCI, TISAX, and other regulatory requirements as applicable to Garmin’s AutoOEM and Aviation environments.
- Identify automation opportunities (e.g., PowerShell, Power Automate, Graph API) to reduce manual administration and improve consistency.

- Working knowledge of Exchange Online and Entra ID / Conditional Access, with the ability and willingness to grow to a shared-ownership level.
- Strong understanding of the M365 end-user experience and a track record of improving usability, adoption, and collaboration outcomes.
- Experience evaluating and rolling out new M365 capabilities and managing the service-health / release pipeline.
- Experience with Microsoft licensing administration and compliance, including consumption / true-up analysis and the differences across E3, E5, and add-on SKUs.
