Job description

Desktop Support Engineer / 2nd Line Support Analyst / Microsoft 365 / M365 / Windows / Active Directory / AD / Office365 / MS Exchange / Printers / Hybrid Remote / Daventry / Northamptonshire / £32,000 - 38,000 + bonus + benefits.

Requirements

·IT related degree ideally Computer Science

·Approx. 3-5 years’ experience combining 1st line and 2nd line desktop support

·Installation, operation and configuration, maintenance of hardware and software

·Environment - Microsoft, Exchange, Active Directory, M365, Windows

Desirable:

·Any exposure to networking, networks, virtualisation, servers or security would be beneficial although not essential.
