Senior Category Manager - IT & Telecommunications

Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring, customer obsessed people, ande’re looking for a Senior Category Manager with extensive procurement and category management experience to lead our technology sourcing strategy, strengthen supplier performance and deliver greater commercial value across a complex portfolio.

Here’s why you’ll love this role…

• Take ownership of Quickline’s IT and Telecommunications category strategy, ensuring procurement decisions support our technology roadmap and wider business goals.

• Shape and lead complex sourcing activities, from market analysis and tender exercises through to commercial negotiations and contract award.

• Build strong relationships with strategic suppliers, driving performance, innovation and value across a critical technology portfolio.

• Partner closely with senior leaders across Technology, Cyber Security, Infrastructure and Digital Transformation, becoming a trusted commercial advisor.

• Play a key role in supporting Quickline’s growth ambitions through cost optimisation, risk management and smarter technology investment.

Significant experience within procurement and category management, ideally across IT, telecommunications or technology-driven environments.

• A proven track record of leading high-value negotiations and securing commercially beneficial outcomes.

• Strong knowledge of software licensing, SaaS, cloud, telecoms and managed service commercial models.

• Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and building credibility across multiple business functions.

• Commercially minded, analytical and comfortable balancing value creation, supplier performance and risk management in a fast-paced environment., * Category Management
