Job description

• Analyze healthcare business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Work with Pega PRPC applications, workflows, case management, and business rules.
• Understand healthcare processes such as claims processing, member enrollment, benefits, and provider management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and healthcare operations teams.
• Support requirements gathering, gap analysis, application enhancements, testing, and production issue resolution.
• Ensure healthcare solutions meet business, compliance, and operational requirements.
