• Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, and JavaScript
• Experience with AWS and infrastructure as code, such as CloudFormation
• Familiarity with ECS/Fargate, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis/ElastiCache, and ALB/NLB load balancers
• Understanding of HTTP, networking, caching strategies, and Linux environments
• Proficiency with Git, including rebasing, merge strategies, and branching workflows
• Experience with testing, debugging, performance optimization, and scalability
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug independently
• Ability to understand systems end to end and work across different areas of a technology stack
• Ownership, initiative, willingness to learn, and strong communication and teamwork skills
• Nice to have: experience with event-driven architectures, serverless development, scaling high-traffic applications, or small, fast-moving engineering teams
