• Lead a small development team across a portfolio of applications

We are a fast-growing, forward-thinking professional services organisation on a technology journey focused on purposeful delivery and solving real problems. This is a mainly remote role, with occasional light travel to our Leeds and other offices when needed, including occasional team socials; there is no office base in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne. Salary is dependent on experience.

• Experience as a hands-on full-stack Lead Engineer or Lead Developer, with the ability to lead people, set standards and deliver outcomes
• Skills in C#, the .NET platform, Python, Azure PaaS (including Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Cosmos DB and Azure App Service), ARM/Bicep templates, SharePoint and React
• AI-native engineering judgement, including building on AI platforms, using AI-enabled tools, and taking experiments through to production-grade operational solutions
• Good understanding of Azure DevOps processes and in-depth understanding of Azure Resource Management
• Experience with generative AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude is welcomed
