BI Developer/Analytics Enginner(Bilingual Chinese/English)

We are seeking a BI Developer / Analytics Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting and analytics solutions that transform raw data into actionable business insights. This role will work closely with Business Analysts, business stakeholders, and data engineering teams to build scalable dashboards, semantic models, curated data marts, and self-service reporting solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in business intelligence development, dimensional data modeling, SQL optimization, and dashboard design using modern BI platforms. This role requires both technical expertise and strong business understanding to ensure consistent, reliable, and scalable analytics across the organization., * Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field \n

• 3+ years of experience in BI development, analytics engineering, or business intelligence solutions \n

• Strong experience developing dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions \n

• Advanced SQL skills and experience optimizing analytical queries \n

• Experience with dimensional modeling and data warehousing concepts \n

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, * Familiarity with dbt or analytics engineering workflows \n

• Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes \n

• Experience with DAX, Tableau calculations, or similar analytical languages \n

• Understanding of data governance and reporting standards \n
