Job description

Design and develop secure, scalable, and resilient software solutions.
Write, review, and debug high-quality production code.
Lead the adoption of approved AI-assisted engineering practices across development teams.
Improve code quality, testing strategies, and root-cause analysis using AI-assisted tools.
Identify opportunities to automate recurring issues and improve application reliability.
Evaluate architectural designs, technology solutions, and vendor capabilities.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
Experience with Spring Cloud, Kafka, and RabbitMQ.
Practical experience developing cloud-native applications.
Strong knowledge of system design, code reviews, and production troubleshooting.
Experience with CI/CD, application resiliency, and automation.
Ability to evaluate technical solutions and guide engineering best practices.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools with appropriate testing and security validation.
