AI Developer

Insight Global is looking for an AI Developer to design and build scalable, enterprise-ready AI applications, autonomous agents, and multi-agent workflows. This person should have a strong software engineering background and be comfortable working across different LLMs, AI models, frameworks, and platforms rather than being tied to one specific tool. The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and able to take AI solutions from concept through development and deployment.

Responsibilities * Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered enterprise applications * Build autonomous AI agents and multi-agent workflows * Develop secure, scalable enterprise solutions using strong software engineering practices * Evaluate different LLMs, AI models, frameworks, and platforms and select the right technology for each use case * Build integrations between AI solutions, APIs, and existing enterprise systems * Use AI development tools to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency * Stay current with emerging AI technologies and determine where they can provide practical business value Independently take AI solutions from concept/design through development and deployment

• Strong background in software engineering/application development * Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications and autonomous AI agents * Experience with Agentic AI and LLMs * Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and application architecture * Proficiency in modern programming languages used for AI/application development * Experience building scalable, enterprise-ready applications * Ability to work across multiple AI models, platforms, and frameworks rather than relying on one provider Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently learn/adopt new technologies * Experience with multi-agent orchestration * Experience building AI-driven workflow automation * Cloud development experience * Enterprise system integration experience * Experience within healthcare technology Experience working in regulated or sensitive-data environments
