  • Bearbeitung von Serviceanfragen mit unserem Ticketsystem
  • Administration und Pflege der IT-Systeme unserer Kunden
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Systemdokumentationen

Requirements

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Bereich
  • Berufserfahrung in der Administration und dem Betrieb von IT Lösungen der Hersteller: Broadcom (VMWare), NetApp-Storage, Veeam-Backup, Dell-Server
  • Deine Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch Selbstständigkeit, Teamfähigkeit sowie durch eine hohe Lernbereitschaft aus
  • Du bist dienstleistungsorientiert und
  • hast ein sicheres Auftreten
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
