Front End Developer

The client is seeking a Lead Frontend Developer with deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture to lead the development of scalable, customer-facing e-commerce experiences across web and mobile channels. This role partners with Product, UX, Enterprise Architecture, QA, and backend engineering teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions that enhance the online shopping experience. * Lead the design and implementation of React-based e-commerce applications. * Drive Micro Frontend architecture using Webpack Module Federation or similar technologies. * Develop reusable UI components using a shared design system. * Collaborate with merchandising, digital product, marketing, and backend teams. * Mentor engineers, perform code reviews, and establish engineering best practices. * Optimize application performance, accessibility (WCAG), SEO, and Core Web Vitals. * Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and production releases. * Ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable frontend solutions. * Provide technical direction and architectural guidance. * Champion engineering excellence and continuous improvement. * Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business value. * Mentor developers and foster a collaborative engineering culture

• 8+ years of frontend development experience. * Expert-level React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. * Strong experience implementing Micro Frontends (Module Federation preferred). * Experience with Redux Toolkit, React Query, Context API, or similar. * Experience integrating REST APIs and GraphQL. * Knowledge of Next.js and server-side rendering is a plus. * Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright. * Experience with Azure DevOps/GitHub, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud platforms.
