u2022 Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent degree from an ABET-accredited university with 2+ years of experience or an MS.\n \u2022 Demonstrated ability to learn from peers and/or mentors.\n \u2022 Resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.\n \u2022 Possess a secret clearance, or have the ability to obtain a secret clearance.\n \n, u2022 Experience in deriving requirements for integration, manufacturing, and production systems.\n \u2022 Manufacturing processes and procedures. \n \u2022 MagicDraw and/or other Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) modeling tools.\n \u2022 Demonstrated experience effectively leading a team of engineers.\n \u2022 Demonstrated cross-discipline collaboration.\n \u2022 Demonstrated experience accurately estimating the engineering effort (i.e. hours) associated with Systems Engineering tasks.\n \u2022 DOORS and/or other requirements database tools.\n \u2022 Understanding of the DoD acquisition processes and methods.\n \u2022 Experience supporting one or more DoD programs.\n \u2022 Object Management Group (OMG) Certified System Modeler Professional (OCSMP) certification.\n \u2022 INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional (SEP) certification (ASEP or CSEP).\n

In this role, you’ll work directly with the Lead Systems Engineer to develop test specifications and manage requirements that ensure a hypersonic system transitions seamlessly from development to production.\n \n \nYour Mission: Support the systems engineering team by developing test specifications, managing requirements databases, and ensuring requirements are properly verified through test and manufacturing. You’ll collaborate with Hardware Development, Integration, and Test teams while gaining hands-on experience in production systems engineering.
