Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally developing SaaS or web-based products.
- Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails, React/TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
- Working knowledge of AWS and cloud-based application development.
- Experience owning software features from design through production.
- Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and modern software engineering practices.
- Practical experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills, sound technical judgment, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
- Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to other engineers.
Nice to Have: Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms, serverless architectures, or regulated environments.
