A law firm seeks an attorney with 4-7 years of experience to join their Data, Privacy, and Cybersecurity team in Austin. The role involves advising on privacy, data processing, and cybersecurity matters in corporate and technology transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and public offerings., * Advise on privacy and data processing in corporate transactions.

• Provide counsel on cybersecurity matters in technology transactions.
• Work with companies in industries such as AI, cloud computing, and fintech.

• Experience with mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, or technology transactions.
• Familiarity with technology industries and regulatory policy is desirable.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• CIPP certification is a plus.
