To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be residents of WA,OR,ID, AZ, TX, GA, SC, NC,CAor VA. Ifyou’relocatedin Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we arerequestingthat you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote. Remote or onsite, we are committed to ensuring you are fully engaged and included in our collaborative environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Web Solution Delivery:You’llexecute digital web solutions that support campaigns, product initiatives, and member experience enhancements across BECU’s digital platforms.

• Front-End Development:You’llbuild andmaintainlanding pages, microsites, forms, and reusable components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS tools.

• DXP & Platform Migration Support:You’llcontribute to the Digital Experience Platform (DXP) initiative, including the transition from Sitecore to Optimizely, ensuring scalable and modern solutions.

• Personalization & Targeting:You’llhelp deliver tailored digital experiences by supporting personalization and audience targeting efforts.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:You’llpartner with UX, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and IT teams to translate business requirements into effective web solutions.

• User Experience & Accessibility:You’llensure all solutions align with UX best practices, accessibility standards (WCAG/A11Y), and responsive design principles.

• Agile Delivery:You’llactivelyparticipatein sprint planning, story refinement, estimation, and delivery within an Agile framework.

• Testing & Optimization:You’llsupport A/B and multivariate testing strategies to continuously improve digital performance.

• Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting:You’llidentifyand resolve front-end issues, ensuring seamless, reliable user experiences.

• Compliance & Standards:You’llensure all web experiences meet brand, SEO, legal, regulatory, and ADA compliance requirements.

• Technology Integration:You’llsupportintegrationof marketing technologies and tools into web platforms.

• Analytics-Driven Improvements:You’llleveragedata insights to refine andoptimizedigital solutions.

• Documentation & Process:You’lldocument workflows, technical requirements, and implementation processes.

• Ownership & Execution:You’ll independently manage assigned work, taking projects from initial direction through successful completion with strong accountability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.

• 1 yearof experience in web development, digital solutions, or digital marketing technology roles.

Desired Qualifications:

• Proficiencyin HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (jQuery or modern frameworks preferred).

• Experience working with CMS platforms, specifically Optimizely.

• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or equivalent.

• Experience building and supporting digital campaigns and website enhancements.

• Understanding ofdigital testing and optimization methodologies.

• Familiarity with analytics tools and performance measurement practices.

• Exposure to personalization tools or marketing automation platforms is a plus.

• Experience working in Agile or similar delivery frameworks.

• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and take ownership of projects frominitialdirection through completion.

• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

The Target Pay Range for this position is $80,200.00-$97,800.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $62,400.00 - $115,700.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.
