Network Security Engineer

Key Qualifications Hands-on experience with Fortinet FortiGate and FortiManager.

Strong background in Check Point Firewall administration and management.

Proven experience supporting Firewall migration projects, preferably Check Point to Fortinet.

Solid understanding of Cisco routing and switching technologies.

Experience implementing and troubleshooting VPN solutions including IPSec, SSL VPN, and Site-to-Site VPN.

Strong network troubleshooting and incident resolution skills.

Ability to work effectively in enterprise-scale environments and migration programs.

Preferred Qualifications Fortinet NSE 4, NSE 5, or NSE 7 certifications.

CCNP or CCNP Security certification.

Experience with Arista networking technologies.

Python Scripting or network automation experience.

Previous involvement in large-scale network security transformation initiatives.

Additional Requirements Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Must be eligible to work onsite in Cary, NC as required by the project.

Strong communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
