IT Project Manager

We are seeking an Intermediate IT Project Manager to plan, execute, monitor, and control the delivery of medium-to-large enterprise technology initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendor partners to drive quality implementations, ensure alignment with approved IT governance standards, and foster organizational business adoption., * Manage medium to large IT projects from initiation through closeout, maintaining active oversight of project schedules, baselines, and deliverables.

• Utilize the Atlassian tool suite (Jira/Confluence) to monitor milestones, track task variance, mitigate risks, and communicate corrective action plans to PMO leadership.
• Establish, review, and maintain core project artifacts, including project management plans, risk/issue registers, meeting agendas/minutes, and lessons-learned repositories.
• Schedule and facilitate project status, review, and governance meetings across technical teams, leadership, and external partners.
• Ensure all projects adhere strictly to established enterprise PMO governance policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate project portfolio maintenance activities and support regular updates to governance frameworks and process documentation.

• 5+ years of professional IT project management experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing large, complex, multi-year enterprise projects.
• Thorough practical knowledge of PMBOK practices, including cost management, benefit analysis, resource management, risk management, and change control.
• Working knowledge of Agile project management frameworks and IT governance methodologies.
• Hands-on proficiency with the Atlassian Tool Suite (Jira/Confluence).
• Practical knowledge of Salesforce technology and platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft tools, including MS Project, Visio, SharePoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, resolve project bottlenecks, and communicate clearly across technical and executive stakeholders.
• Must currently reside in the State of Indiana.
• Prior experience delivering projects within State Government or public sector environments.
• Business domain familiarity with Title IV-D / Child Support Enforcement systems or human services programs.
• Professional certifications: PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent Agile credentials.

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Candidate must currently reside in Indiana and be available for on-site meetings and interviews in Indianapolis, IN)
