CSA Supervisor / Data Centre / Skellefteå, Sweden

This is a site-based CSA Supervisor role on a major data centre project in Skellefteå, Sweden. You will be responsible for overseeing Civil, Structural, and Architectural works on a fast-paced live construction environment, ensuring subcontractors deliver safely, on programme, and to specification.

The CSA Supervisor will work closely with the Construction Manager, Package Managers, engineers, and subcontractors to coordinate daily site activities, monitor progress, and maintain quality standards across all CSA packages.

This role will suit a CSA Supervisor with experience on large scale industrial, pharmaceutical, mission critical, or data centre projects who is confident managing subcontractor coordination and driving site progress in a demanding programme environment., * Supervise day-to-day Civil, Structural, and Architectural site activities

• Coordinate subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely and in line with programme milestones
• Monitor site quality and support QA/QC inspections and documentation
• Review drawings, technical details, and specifications to ensure buildability and compliance
• Track subcontractor progress and prepare daily and weekly progress updates
• Attend coordination meetings, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
• Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed across CSA works
• Assist with snagging, inspections, and closeout activities
• Liaise with engineers, package managers, and construction management teams to resolve technical issues
• Maintain accurate records of site activities and subcontractor documentation

Do you have experience in Supervising experience?, * Must have 3+ years’ experience in a CSA Supervisor or CSA site supervision role

• Proven experience required overseeing Civil, Structural, and Architectural packages on construction projects
• Experience with a main contractor or specialist contractor on large scale builds is required
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, QA/QC, and site coordination
• Experience working on data centre, industrial, or mission critical projects is highly advantageous

Preferred Experience:

• Previous European project experience preferred
• Experience managing subcontractors in a live site environment beneficial
• Familiarity with digital QA and construction reporting systems advantageous
• Strong setting out and buildability awareness preferred

Nice to Have:

• Degree or trade qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related discipline
• Additional health & safety training or certifications
• Experience working on fast-track data centre projects, * You have a strong background supervising CSA works on major construction projects
• You are organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple subcontractors on a busy site
• You understand programme delivery, quality finishes, and technical compliance in a live construction environment
• You communicate well with site teams, engineers, and management
• You are comfortable working within fast-track project programmes and maintaining high standards under pressure
• You take a hands-on approach to site supervision and problem solving
