PKI Engineer

You will drive automation, build security controls, and shape the organization’s security culture while advancing your technical and leadership skills., Administer and maintain enterprise PKI and certificate management services for high-availability, large-scale environments

• Support certificate issuance, renewal, revocation, and recovery processes with a focus on automation and efficiency
• Implement and automate governance processes and controls to streamline certificate management for software development teams
• Coordinate all Certificate Authority (CA) lifecycle activities, including renewals, migrations, and key ceremonies
• Develop, document, and maintain certificate policies, standards, and operating procedures
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support for complex certificate chain, extension, and architecture issues
• Configure integrations and deploy automation platforms, optimizing certificate operations across cloud and on-prem environments
• Collaborate virtually with development and operations teams globally to promote security best practices

Minimum 5 years of experience in information security, operating and building PKI and CLM platforms

• Hands-on expertise with Venafi and CyberArk for certificate management
• Advanced scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation and integration
• Proficiency in Certificate Lifecycle Management with proven track record in large enterprise settings
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, especially AWS, with server administration and command-line troubleshooting experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote, global team

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading PKI migration projects and deploying new PKI systems
• Background implementing security automation platforms and pre-built integrations
