Fullstack .Net Developer - INTL

Insight Global is seeking a Full Stack .NET Developer for a top travel and cruise industry client. This candidate will support and enhance a diverse portfolio of business-critical applications while contributing to ongoing modernization efforts. The role is primarily backend-focused, with an approximate 70% C#/.NET and SQL Server and 30% React front-end split. The ideal candidate is a strong full-stack troubleshooter who can independently follow an issue from a user-reported error through the UI, application logic, and database layer. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-directed developer who thrives in complex environments, can quickly learn unfamiliar codebases, and is comfortable moving between multiple applications and technology stacks.

Strong C#/.NET development experience Strong SQL Server skills, including stored procedures, query optimization, and database troubleshooting React.js experience building responsive front-end applications Full-stack capabilities, approximately 70% backend / 30% frontend Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across UI, application, and database layers Ability to understand complex object relationships and business logic Ability to independently trace user-reported issues through front-end code and into the database Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working with minimal direction Ability to context-switch between multiple applications and technology stacks Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar codebases and technologies Strong, professional communication skills Comfortable completing live C# and React coding exercises during the interview ASP.NET Core experience Blazor experience ASP.NET Razor Pages experience Broader modern .NET web development experience
