A law firm seeks a Patent Agent or Associate to join their Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Patent Prosecution practice in Kansas City, MO. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and relevant experience in patent preparation and prosecution., * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in patent preparation and prosecution.

• Experience with graphics processing units, tensor processing units, and robotics circuitry.
• Admission to the USPTO is required.
• JD and active bar admission required for associate candidates.

Education

• Undergraduate or advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, physics, or mathematics.
