Data Architect

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect within a team supporting the customer with data engineering and operations, software engineering, security engineering, DevOps engineering, application development, data science, and program management in support of data acquisition, exploitation, engineering, and management tasks. Communicate and collaborate across organizational boundaries, to include other contractor teams, Customer staff and external stakeholders. What will you do?

Demonstrated experience with cloud infrastructure and data management. 2. Demonstrated experience with multiple OS environments including Windows, Linux, and MacOS. 3. Demonstrated experience with cloud environments, including AWS. 4. Demonstrated experience with development environments including AWS, Hadoop distributed file system (HDFS), Cloudera, Spark, Presto, SQL, and NoSQL. 5. Demonstrated experience conducting data processing activities. 6. Experience working with Python 7. Demonstrated experience building executing ETL pipelines 8. Demonstrated experience with integrating data flows with industry standard systems such as Niagra Falls 9. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and be a proactive problem solver 10. Experience providing clear and concise communications for both technical and non-technical audiences. Knowledge of targeting workflows, tools and environments 2. Experience with Large Language Models and agentic workflows. 3. Experience with graphical databases such as Neo4J 4. Experience working with a hard target mission area.

PayRange: VTG’s estimated starting pay range is $180,000-$240,000 annually, which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
