SAP Senior Functional Analyst - MM/EWM/IM - S/4HANA - S2P - Ariba

We are seeking an experienced SAP Senior Functional Analyst to support a high-priority supply chain management project within the utilities sector.

Working as part of the project team, you will support SAP S/4HANA supply chain delivery across Source-to-Pay (S2P), Inventory Management (IM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), with a strong understanding of end-to-end processes, SAP design and SAP Ariba integration.

Bridging the gap between strategy and execution, you will combine technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement and project delivery skills, supporting planning, scoping, risk management, testing and defect resolution to help ensure a successful project rollout., * Support the delivery of SAP S/4HANA supply chain initiatives, with a focus on Source-to-Pay (S2P) and end-to-end supply chain processes.

• Contribute to SAP functional design and support the wider supply chain solution across Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management (IM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), including the end-to-end processes connecting procurement, inventory and warehouse operations.
• Support SAP Ariba processes and integration with SAP S/4HANA, ensuring an understanding of the wider end-to-end procurement and supply chain landscape.
• Support testing activities, including identifying, investigating and resolving SAP functional defects.
• Assist with functional analysis and defect resolution throughout project delivery
• Engage with business stakeholders, translating requirements into practical solutions and communicating effectively with both business and technical teams
• Support project planning, scoping, risk management and delivery tracking, ensuring work remains aligned with agreed objectives, timescales and scope.
• Apply strong communication, conflict resolution, adaptability and data-driven problem-solving to support project delivery and a successful rollout.

This is a hands-on, consultant-level role suited to an experienced SAP functional consultant with strong technical expertise, end-to-end supply chain knowledge, effective stakeholder engagement, adaptability and data-driven problem-solving skills., Essential

• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience working across Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
• Functional knowledge and experience of SAP Inventory Management (IM).
• Experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
• Experience with SAP Ariba, including integration with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, SAP functional design and the wider integration landscape.
• Experience supporting SAP project delivery, including testing, functional analysis and defect resolution.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business and technical teams.
• Experience supporting project planning, scoping, risk management and delivery tracking.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work collaboratively to deliver outcomes.

Desirable

• Previous experience working within the utilities sector or another regulated environment.
• Understanding of integration between SAP EWM and other SAP supply chain components.
• Strong project delivery capability, including planning, scoping, risk management and budget tracking.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations, resolve conflicts and maintain effective working relationships.
• Experience supporting project delivery to agreed timescales, scope and budget.
