CRM test & project manager in animal health

We are looking for a professional with experience in technology project management, test coordination and business analysis to join a project in the Animal Health area, with an expected duration from January to December 2027, including hypercare support. The selected person will participate in coordinating and monitoring activities related to technology implementations, functional and acceptance testing, system integration and end-to-end processes, working in international, multi-vendor environments.

Задачи

• Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression, defect management and business acceptance activities.
• Execute and supervise SIT, UAT and regression testing.
• Participate in technology implementation projects as a PMO, Project Manager, Test Manager or Business Analyst.
• Collaborate on initiatives related to CRM, integrations, data migration and end-to-end processes.
• Manage coordination between internal teams, the business and external vendors.
• Work in international, multi-vendor environments.

Требования

• Previous experience as a PMO, Project Manager, Test Manager or Business Analyst in technology implementations.
• Experience coordinating SIT, UAT, regression testing, defects and business acceptance.
• Experience executing SIT, UAT and regression testing.
• Experience with CRM, integrations, data migration and end-to-end processes.
• Experience working in international, matrixed, multi-vendor environments.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Будет плюсом: Knowledge of or experience with Veeva CRM / Vault CRM; Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools; Experience in Life Sciences, animal health or regulated environments; Knowledge of commercial processes, reporting, data quality and support; Knowledge of Snowflake; Knowledge of SQL
