Senior Developer & Architect (Data & Systems)

Role Summary

As Senior Developer & Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing the core architecture that supports our product configurator, data infrastructure, and internal systems. You will work across teams - including Growth, Operations, Data, and Product - to ensure our systems are scalable, reliable, and built for long-term growth. We are looking for someone with a builder mindset: a highly ambitious engineer who wants to design systems from the ground up, structure complex data environments, and create scalable technical foundations. You will also mentor junior developers and help elevate the overall engineering standards across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Own the architecture and development of Livom’s product configurator
• Design and build the core data structure and system architecture
• Develop scalable systems that support e-commerce, operations, and internal tools
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Data, Operations, and Product teams
• Identify and implement technical solutions that improve performance and scalability
• Build and optimize databases, APIs, and internal data flows
• Ensure systems are robust, maintainable, and well-documented
• Mentor and support junior developers
• Help define and maintain engineering standards and best practices
• Contribute to long-term technical strategy and infrastructure decisions

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves

• Strong experience as a Senior Developer, Software Architect, or Backend Engineer
• Proven experience designing scalable system architectures
• Strong knowledge of database design and data structures
• Experience building complex systems from scratch
• Ability to design clean, scalable, and maintainable technical architectures
• Strong problem-solving and systems thinking
• Hands-on execution mindset - comfortable building and shipping solutions
• Experience working cross-functionally with product and business teams
• Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers

Nice-to-have

• Experience with e-commerce systems or product configurators

• Experience building internal data platforms or data pipelines
• Experience integrating multiple systems across marketing, operations, and analytics
