Job description
- Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) Lösungen mit einem Fokus auf die Anforderungen der Kunden
- Durchführung von Workshops und Erarbeitung von Lösungen, um die Personalprozesse zu verbessern
- Begleitung des kompletten Projektzykluses sowie (Teil-) Projektleitung
Requirements
- Studium, Ausbildung oder mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem relevanten Themenfeld
- Praxis in SAP HCM, insbesondere in der Konfiguration/dem Customizing sowie im Projektmanagement
- Kenntnisse funktionaler HR-Prozesse rund um Personalabrechnung, Zeitwirtschaft, Personaladministration und Organisationsmanagement
- Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch sowie eine hohe Problemlösungskompetenz und Kundenorientierung
- Reisebereitschaft um beim Kunden vor Ort zu arbeiten
