• Advanced Vocational Training (CFGS) in Networked Computer Systems Administration or similar.
• At least 10 years of experience in user support, both in-person and remotely
• Experience performing the duties of an IT systems technician and help desk specialist, such as joining computers to the domain, user management, application installation, troubleshooting user computer issues, managing computer inventory, and tracking tickets in the Jira Service Management tool.
• Administration and implementation of systems (Windows XP, 7, 10, 11, Windows Server, Linux).
• Administration and implementation of virtual environments with VSphere, ESXI, PROXMOX.
• Security incident resolution and monitoring in the EDR solution.
• Administrative tasks related to the control of loaned materials and signing internal documentation
• Conversational and written proficiency in English, Catalan, and Spanish
• Be in possession of a 33% disability certificate

Preferred:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
• Management of security policies, creation of rules, VLANs, updates of Fortinet Firewalls, switches, access points, and control in FortiManager
