Job description

Design, deployment, and patch management of the IT infrastructure for maintenance computers and software applications in specialized vehicles in a military environment
Automation of deployment processes for complete maintenance computers, including compliance with IT security requirements, in coordination with development, IT security, operations, and external partners
Setup, operation, and administration of container platforms for application software in vehicles and for complete maintenance computers
Commissioning and management of subcontractors for the execution of subprojects
Creation of process-oriented development documentation (e.g., V-Modell XT)
Implementation of specified IT security measures
Design and orchestration of container environments

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, * A successfully completed degree in computer science or IT training, e.g., IT Specialist (m/f/d) for System Integration or equivalent

Proficiency in the administration and hardening of Windows operating systems
Strong knowledge of scripting (Bash, Shell, Cygwin, InnoSetup)
Basic knowledge of C++, CMake, Qt, Python, and NuGet
Proficiency in automation solutions
The following would be advantageous: Experience with databases, requirements engineering (e.g., using DOORS), and PLM systems
Very good written and spoken German, as well as good written and spoken English
Willingness to travel occasionally
