Priorities do often change in a fast-paced environment like ours. Some of the exciting things you will work on are:
- Developing new and extending existing test strategies to guarantee the highest level of quality from both functional and performance perspectives. Your innovative approach will ensure that our software meets all standards expected from world-class products.
- Designing and developing agentic systems that autonomously handle the verification of the various domains of embedded software. Your expertise in developing AI enhanced, efficient and reliable automation tools will play a crucial role in streamlining our testing processes.
- Collaborating with multiple development, verification, and customer-facing teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of our products and their real-world applications. Your ability to collaborate effectively is essential for driving continuous improvement.
- Analyzing and root-causing issues down to the code level, leading the defect fixing process, and providing effective fixes. Your strong problem-solving skills will allow you to address challenges with efficiency and precision.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience designing, building, and deploying automation systems.
- A consistent track record of developing large-scale, logical code from scratch in Python or C++, which will be instrumental in driving our automation efforts.
- Extensive, hands-on experience using agentic AI assistants to automate complete work processes and run them autonomously, including building agentic pipelines that complete parts of our development and verification processes autonomously and remain stable long-term.
- Demonstrated experience with embedded systems and automotive sensors such as cameras, helping you adapt quickly to the unique requirements of our embedded platforms.
- Proficiency in Linux environments, with versatility across Linux and Unix-like systems to ensure compatibility and seamless integration.
- Experience with source control systems such as Git and Perforce to facilitate efficient teamwork and version control.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills: you collaborate effectively with diverse teams to achieve shared goals, and your attention to detail and ability to analyze complex issues help you identify and resolve potential challenges proactively.
