Job description

We are looking for a motivated (Junior) HR Automation & Solutions Analyst m/f/d to join our Total Rewards team. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who enjoys working with numbers, translating business needs into smart analytical solutions, and using technology to improve how HR works. You will support compensation analysis, contribute to the development of innovative HR-related AI solutions with the team, and help automate processes across Total Rewards. We are looking for someone who can combine analytical thinking with programming skills, particularly in Python and Java, to help shape smarter and more scalable ways of working. Key Responsibilities

  • Support compensation analyses, benchmarking activities, and reward-related reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve Total Rewards processes through data-driven solutions.
  • Contribute to the design and development of innovative HR-related AI solutions together with the team.
  • Use programming and analytical tools to support automation initiatives and improve recurring analyses.
  • Assist in building models, prototypes, reports, and other digital solutions for Total Rewards topics.
  • Contribute to presentations, insights, and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across HR, technology, and other relevant functions to drive innovation in the team.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Python?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in mathematical, analytical, and technology-driven problem solving.
  • Basic to solid programming skills in Python and Java.
  • Interest in automation, digital innovation, and the application of AI in HR processes.
  • Ability to think conceptually while also translating ideas into practical solutions.
  • Interest in compensation, benefits, and broader Total Rewards topics.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to work in a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • First experience through internships, university projects, or relevant coursework in analytics, coding, or digital projects is a plus.
