Responsibilities: Deliver end-to-end full stack enhancements (UI, backend, APIs, cloud), drive design and implementation with cross-team stakeholders, resolve dependencies, ensure scalable and secure solutions, and improve performance and reliability. Experience: Healthcare tech, regulated environments, enterprise-scale platforms, Agile delivery. AI Skills: 90%+ weekly usage of enterprise AI tools (Copilot/M365), apply AI for coding, testing, documentation, and workflows, continuously adopt new capabilities to improve delivery quality and velocity. .
