Erste Ansprechperson am Helpdesk Installation, Konfiguration und Betrieb serverseitiger Kunden-Applikationen Behebungen von Systemrelevanten Störungen sowie deren Analyse Protokollieren und Dokumentieren aller IT-relevanten Prozesse 2nd- und 3rd-Level Support Koordination der IT-Konzeption Beratung der Fachbereiche und Steuerung externer Dienstleister

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im obengenannten Aufgabengebiet Sicherer Umgang mit vernetzten Systemen und Anwendungen Fundierte Kenntnisse von MS-SQL-Datenbanken Grundkenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung von Vorteil Selbständige, vorausschauende Arbeitsweise und Organisationstalent Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
