Job description

Verantwortung für die Administration von Microsoft 365, inklusive der Endgeräte- und Clientverwaltung Professioneller 1st & 2nd Level Support der Anwender in allen IT-Angelegenheiten Federführende Betreuung des Mobile-Device-Managements Planung und Umsetzung von Softwareverteilungen, Updates und Roll-Outs Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Störungen sowie Dokumentation und Analyse der Fehlermeldungen

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d) und/oder Hochschulstudium im Bereich Informatik Erste Berufserfahrung in der Administration von Windows Servern Gute Kenntnisse in VEEAM Backup, Microsoft, Active Directory, VMware, Kaspersky Endpoint Protectio Analytisches Denkvermögen und Servicebereitschaft sowie selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
