Professionelle Betreuung der User in allen IT-Fragen des täglichen Betriebs Verantwortlichkeit für die Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von MS-Windows- und Linux-Servern Übernahme des 1st und 2nd Level Supports sowie Koordination der Fehleranalyse Administration der Clients und Anwendungen sowie Verwaltung der Zugriffsberechtigungen

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) und/oder Hochschulstudium im informationstechnischen Bereich Erste Berufserfahrung in der Systemadministration, Betreuung und Überwachung von IT- Systemen Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Hard- und Software Analytisches Denkvermögen und Servicebereitschaft sowie selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
