Full Stack Engineer

• Building and shipping features across front end and back end.
• Using AI coding tools to accelerate development, while reviewing, testing and owning the output.
• Improving existing platforms and contributing to cloud-native modernisation.
• Working closely with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software.

• Commercial full-stack development experience.
• Experience with a modern language and framework (Java, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, Go) with a willingness to learn new technologies. (Nice to have PHP and/or Vue)
• Good engineering practices, including testing, version control and code reviews.
• An interest in AI-assisted development, demonstrated through work, personal projects or self-learning.
• A collaborative mindset, curiosity and a willingness to learn.
