About & Day-to-Day:
- Point of escalation for ServiceDesk
- Managing new systems & day to day of systems
- Onboarding users into intune
- Projects - deploying helpdesk ticketing system, expanding existing network - working with James to maintain it
Hard Skills/Tools:
- Intune, Entra,
- Network stack
- Cybersecurity (implementing tool now)
- Sharepoint clean up and admin
- M365 - 80% of time
- Network - 15% of time
- Desktop support - 5% of time
