AI Engineer to assist with setting up AI Office/CoE by defining the AI strategy, frameworks, and governance for AI adoption., Defining “AI in Engineering” Strategy and AI Adoption roadmap

• Define AI architecture strategy and capability roadmap aligned to enterprise technology strategy (cloud, data, security, integration).
• Establish reference architectures and patterns for common AI use cases Architecting and deploying scalable and composable AI frameworks
• Establishes AI standards, risk controls including best practice and guardrails
• Enabling cross disciplinary teams to develop AI solutions for various business and technology use-cases
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand and fulfill the AI needs of the organization

Experience designing and guiding enterprise-grade AI solutions and standard patterns

• Experience establishing architecture standards, reference architectures, and technical guardrails across multiple teams
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and tools for experiment tracking, model deployment, and performance monitoring.
• Hands-on experience working with Cursor and Claude Code
• Strong knowledge of aws cloud AI services
