Senior Software Engineer

Join an early-stage healthtech startup building AI-powered software for outpatient care. As a founding engineer, you will partner closely with the technical leadership team and take ownership of product features from initial definition through launch. What You’ll Do

• Own features end to end, contributing to product definition and user experience decisions alongside backend implementation and delivery.
• Build and scale core backend systems for an AI-powered clinical platform.
• Work closely with technical leadership to design and deliver systems that meet growing customer needs.
• Split your time between hands-on engineering and shaping product direction, using AI tools to improve your effectiveness.

• Three to six years of software engineering experience, with prior experience at a startup or another fast-moving technology company.
• Strong backend engineering skills and experience owning systems through production delivery.
• Hands-on experience building AI or LLM-powered product features.
• Ability to work autonomously across engineering, product decisions, and user experience, including engaging with customers.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, and strong computer science fundamentals.
• Experience with Python, backend engineering, AI/ML, and system design.
