Job description

Development:

  • Design and develop custom software for CNO tools and techniques.
  • Build end-to-end data flow and tasking into the team’s tools.

Reviews and documentation:

  • Participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is an early-career developer with solid low-level programming skills and a strong interest in mission-focused CNO work.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or 4 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Programming experience in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, and/or Python.

  • Development experience in Windows (Visual Studio or .NET) and/or UNIX (make files or comparable build environments).

  • Experience writing documentation and participating in design, code, and software readiness reviews.
  • TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.

Benefits & conditions

Base salary is $218,191, supported by an exceptionally strong retirement benefit. 401(k): 25% employer contribution, vested immediately ($54,548 per year).

Total compensation: $272,739 (base salary plus employer 401(k) contribution).
