&bull Lead defining and practical business solutions based on Salesforce.com technology implementing experience leading executive discovery sessions &bull Understand requirements (functional and technical) needed to address client needs &bull Perform routine administration functions for Salesforce.com &bull Create documentation (e.g., training, communications, release notes, user stories, test scripts, process flows) associated with Saleforce projects &bull Actively co-ordinate and participate in SIT and UAT &bull Co-ordinate with business and IT stakeholders &bull Onsite-offshore co-ordination &bull Report regular progress on projects Testing and training strategies
