SAP ABAP Lead Consultant -- Hybrid -- Only W2

* Lead SAP technical development activities across SAP ECC applications. * Design, develop, and support RICEFW objects, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows. * Develop and maintain ABAP Objects, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, and Enhancements. * Work with Smart Forms and Adobe Forms. * Build and support integrations using IDocs, RFCs, Web Services, and APIs. * Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with SAP development standards. * Perform performance tuning, debugging, and technical troubleshooting. * Collaborate with SAP functional teams to deliver effective business solutions. * Support SAP S/4HANA custom code remediation and modernization initiatives. * Work with business stakeholders, IT teams, and global delivery teams.

12-15 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience. * Strong technical expertise in SAP ECC environments. * Proven experience delivering complex SAP technical developments. * Strong knowledge of RICEFW objects and ABAP development. * Experience with SAP integration technologies and technical architecture. * Mandatory manufacturing industry experience. * Experience supporting large-scale SAP ECC environments. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to work in a hybrid model in Reno, Nevada. * Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications * Experience with SAP S/4HANA technical development. * Knowledge of CDS Views, OData, SAP Fiori, and SAP BTP. * SAP technical certifications are preferred.
