SAP EHS Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP EHS solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of environmental compliance, occupational health and safety, incident management, risk assessment, and regulatory reporting processes. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective SAP EHS solutions., * Implement, configure, and support SAP EHS functionalities based on business and regulatory requirements.

• Gather requirements, conduct workshops, and document functional specifications.
• Support environmental management, health and safety processes, incident reporting, and risk assessment workflows as applicable.
• Configure and maintain relevant SAP EHS master data, business processes, and reporting.
• Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams on integrations with relevant SAP modules and external systems.
• Perform functional testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot SAP EHS issues and provide production support.
• Support data migration, system enhancements, and process improvements.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, test scripts, and user training materials.
• Ensure solutions align with applicable regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies.

• Hands-on experience with SAP EHS or SAP EH&S.
• Experience in SAP EHS implementation, configuration, enhancement, or support.
• Knowledge of environmental, health, and safety business processes.
• Experience gathering requirements and preparing functional specifications.
• Experience with testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC environments.
• Experience integrating SAP EHS with other SAP modules or enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of relevant environmental and workplace safety regulations.
• Experience in manufacturing, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, energy, or other regulated industries.
• SAP EHS certification is an advantage.
