Landscape Architecture Project Manager in Annapolis

Lead landscape architecture projects from conceptual design through construction administration.

Develop creative landscape designs, presentations, and detailed construction documents.

Manage project schedules, deliverables, and design team coordination.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and other project stakeholders.

Oversee design development, permitting, and construction documentation.

Communicate directly with clients to ensure project expectations are met.

Coordinate internal design teams and external consultants.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers.

Assist with project budgets, billing, and administrative responsibilities.

Participate in construction administration to ensure design intent is maintained.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, detail-oriented professional who enjoys both the design and project management sides of landscape architecture.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape design, construction documentation, and project coordination, along with the ability to lead projects from initial concept through construction administration.

You’ll collaborate with talented designers, architects, engineers, and other professionals to create thoughtfully designed gardens, outdoor environments, and unique landscape projects., Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture .

4-6 years of professional experience in a landscape architecture or design studio environment.

Experience managing landscape architecture projects through multiple design phases.

Strong knowledge of construction documentation, permitting, and design development.

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.

Experience with AutoCAD or Vectorworks .

Strong design, presentation, and graphic communication skills.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with a creative team.
