Director of Scheduling - Data Centers

We are recruiting on behalf of a nationally recognized top-10 general contractor seeking a Director of Scheduling. This leader will oversee enterprise-wide scheduling and support large, complex projects-particularly in the data center sector, as well as other commercial markets.

• 10+ years of construction scheduling experience with major commercial projects. \n

• Proven expertise in data center construction scheduling. \n

• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6. \n

• Strong understanding of critical path, sequencing, and risk analysis. \n

• Experience influencing project strategy and collaborating with executive leadership.

• Lead scheduling strategy, standards, and processes across multiple regions and projects. \n

• Develop and maintain baseline and master schedules from preconstruction through completion. \n

• Provide schedule analysis, risk forecasting, and recovery planning for active projects. \n

• Support pursuit efforts and project planning with accurate schedule insights. \n

• Mentor and develop a team of schedulers to ensure strong consistency and performance. \n

• Present schedule reporting and metrics to project and executive leadership. \n
