&bull Application Development: Design and build EPBCS solutions, including ASO/BSO cubes, complex Business Rules, Data Maps, and Smart Push jobs. &bull Technical Expertise: Manage metadata structures, develop and configure forms, dashboards, and reports, and automate processes using EPM-Automate. &bull Data Integration: Integrate EPBCS with other ERP systems, designing and developing data integration solutions. &bull Testing & Deployment: Develop and execute test cases for system validation and manage the deployment of new features and enhancements. &bull Documentation & Training: Prepare technical and functional documentation, training materials, and conduct training sessions for end-users. &bull Post-Implementation Support: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support to users. &bull Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, gathering requirements, and communicating project updates. &bull Functional Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and relevant financial statements to design effective solutions Generic Managerial Skills, If any &bull Stakeholder management - engaging CFOs, Controllers, Finance leadership. &bull Excellent communication & presentation skills for business and technical audiences. &bull Strong project management and Agile/Scrum methodology experience. &bull Mentoring/leading functional consultants and developers.
