Computer Support Specialists (On-site)

Our client is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Computer Support Specialist to assist with data analysis, database maintenance, and general computer support. The ideal candidate can learn new processes quickly and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment.

• Analyze data and create and maintain data dictionaries.
• Run and maintain data pipeline processes.
• Map existing databases and perform routine database maintenance as directed.
• Provide general computer support.
• Provide training and support to staff, providers, and consumers.
• Manage changing assignments, deadlines, and priorities.

Database Administration, Data Analysis, Detail Oriented, Data Management, Sales Pipeline, Training/Teaching, Time Management, High School Diploma, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, * High school diploma or equivalent.

• At least two years of experience in a professional IT setting.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, SharePoint, and Access.
• Ability to enter data into and extract data from electronic databases.
• Knowledge of complex databases and the ability to learn new processes quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Microsoft Office products.
• Experience creating, maintaining, and mapping databases.
• Experience with SQL, Python, R, or Tableau.
