Essential Skills: Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Additional Skill: Digital - SaaS EPM, Oracle Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud (EPBCS) Must-Have Technical/Functional Skills 5+ years of experience as an ERP Architect or Solution Architect. 5+ years of experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle OIC, and Oracle EBS. 3+ years of techno-functional experience in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, including: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Receivable (AR) Accounts Payable (AP), 5+ years of experience as an ERP Architect or Solution Architect. 5+ years of experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle OIC, and Oracle EBS. 3+ years of techno-functional experience in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, including GL, AR, AP, FA, AHCS, Oracle Projects, and related financial web services. Functional Skills Strong understanding of finance and project accounting business processes. Ability to lead requirements workshops, gather business needs, and define functional specifications. Knowledge of fit-gap analysis, solution design, and Oracle Financials best practices. Experience reviewing and validating Functional Design Documents (FDDs), process flows, and end-to-end solution designs. Technical Skills Expertise in data migration tools and methods, including: File-Based Data Import (FBDI) Application Development Framework Desktop Integration (ADFdi) HCM Data Loader (HDL) Spreadsheet-based data migration Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), PaaS extensions, Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), and ERP Cloud integrations. Strong reporting skills using OTBI, BI Publisher, and data models. Hands-on experience designing and developing integrations, extensions, and financial interfaces. Ability to review and author Technical Design Documents (TDDs), technical architecture documents, and integration specifications. Project Lifecycle and Support Support the complete project lifecycle, including design, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization. Troubleshoot issues across functional and technical areas. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery. Generic Managerial Skills Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with business and IT stakeholders. Ability to troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues.
